5. Payments
Where services are paid for, fees, payment terms, and refund eligibility are set out in the applicable Statement of Work or engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
- Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- All fees are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged where applicable.

6. Limitation of liability
